June 2006. A stained glass panel for the Nanoscience Centre, University of Cambridge, 11 JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge CB3 OFF

The work mixes stacked glass (1568 pieces) with conventional leaded lights. I was asked to base a central leaded area on the logo of the Department. The logo itself (not my design) appears on the Nanoscience website, and represents the action of an "atomic force microscope".

The pictures here show the window and the design.

See next page for the completed panel and further detail .
